Pricing, explained plainly

The free OKR tier is available to qualifying organisations subject to our acceptable usage policy. It's designed for genuine strategy use, not resale or white-labelling. Talk to us and we'll confirm whether your organisation qualifies.
In StrategyWorks, an initiative is any node in your delivery hierarchy that you connect to your strategy: a strategy, a strategic initiative, a portfolio, a programme or a project. These cascade and link to each other, with execution, financials, milestones and risks all flowing through the hierarchy. Sub-items nested within an initiative (milestones, tasks, dependencies) are not counted separately. A typical mid-market organisation runs between 10 and 40 active initiatives at any one time.
The 30-day trial gives you full access to the Platform plan with no restrictions. You can add your real strategy, link your initiatives and invite your whole team. After 30 days, you choose whether to continue on Platform, move to the free OKR tier, or talk to us about Enterprise.
No. You can set up StrategyWorks yourself. But in our experience, organisations that invest in the design service see faster adoption, better data quality and stronger outcomes from the platform. It's available for all plans and is included as standard in Enterprise.
StrategyWorks has a native Power BI connector and a library of pre-built templates that give leadership teams board-ready dashboards without building from scratch. For Platform and Enterprise customers this is included in the plan. For free OKR customers, there is a one-time setup and configuration fee to connect your StrategyWorks data to Power BI.
