The StrategyWorks story
StrategyWorks has been built by our team at Shapecast. We are UK-based strategy and enterprise architecture specialists, who have been working in strategic change and transformation for leading brands for over a decade.
For many years, we provided specialist strategy execution advisory and data-driven consulting to help our clients create effective but simple strategies that could be measured and improved.
In the course of consulting, we saw many organisations and leadership teams struggle to create a single view of all delivery, but more importantly to be able to link their portfolio to objectives.
We saw project teams using agile and traditional delivery tools but few, if any organisations could understand how everything came together to support business objectives and outcomes. This was and is a huge challenge for most leadership teams to know what is adding value but also staff working in projects who want to understand their impact and contribution.
All the traditional project and program tools are good at the project level, but never answer the big question of so what?
So in frustration, we decided to create StrategyWorks to help organisations, create a beautiful, single view of their strategy, and most importantly, to link delivery to objectives in real time, so everyone can see the big picture and focus on what really matters.
By creating StrategyWorks, we help organisations to manage the complexity themselves and to really get to grips with what is adding value so that they don't have to custom build management information layers and the complexity and cost that goes with it.

Built on experience driving strategic excellence
Rick has with 30 years’ of international business experience working in finance, commercial and business development roles. Most recently he has specialised in outsourcing in Serco Aviation then as a senior Executive in PwC, Accenture and IBM.
He is a specialist in business transformation and has advised multinational organisations on major corporate change programmes including customer service and experience, digital transformation, setting up/running shared services and outsourced nearshore/offshore operations.
As an experienced C-Level executive Correy works at the forefront of strategy, architecture and technology development. He specialises in large scale change programmes and complex business and technology transformations. He has operated in in telecomms, government, retail and financial services.
Correy currently serves as Non-Executive Director and Board Advisor to several businesses, runs his own consulting business and is a partner in a Venture Fund.
Founder & Managing Director
Will is a highly experienced business and technology leader in complex global businesses. He has an academic background in artificial intelligence and analytics.
He is passionate about using the power of data and technology to deliver positive strategic and operating model changes to organisations.
Director of Finance
Patrick has 18 years’ Finance and Business Development experience in the Media and Technology sectors.
After a full time MBA at IMD in Lausanne, he joined the Norse Merchant Group, helping to turn this company around prior to its successful sale to AP Moller / Maersk.
Jill has over 28 years’ of experience consulting with clients in the communications and high-tech industries.
Formally an Accenture associate partner, she moved to become the managing director of a fast-growing software company and then interim COO for BBC Technology. She has sat on several advisory boards and continues to help companies set strategic direction.
